the princess bride, it's the only fairy tale style book that i have ever read where the evil guy doesn't die at the end...
wolf brother and spirit walker are good too, but they are no where near as good as dracula. nothing can beat a classic.
(i am a very very enthusiastic reader, as in two books a day minimum)

I read the da vinci code + angels & demons, and was dissapointed by the simmilarities in them, it seemed to me like they were writen according to a pattern

i sensed they were identical right from the first line....the guy having a call waking him...
But the angels and demons had more fiction in it, i mean come on, he throws himself from 5 km of altitude and hes still alive? i dont buy it

that's one of the things that make it worse. But it's worse mainly because I read the da vinci code first

yeah, but who would have cared about angels & demons if da vinci code wasnt released? now everybody is reading all the novels of dan brown just because of da vinci code

Agreed.. haven't read the Da Vinci Code yet.. it's just.. probably I will read it someday. But now it just seemed a commercial adaptation of the whole Da Vinci thing, and things that have been going on for a loooong time. And a lot of people actually believe it's true, and not just the writers view or whatever used to write a fiction book. This doesn't really sound like how I feel towards the book, but don't know how else to put it. Can't put it into words, but I'm not really looking forward to reading it. I will though, think I'll borrow it from my sister in law, but still. Just to see what the fuss's about. Who knows, maybe I wil like it.

the thing with the da vinci code is that I saw a movie, not very old, that had a similar plot to the da vinci code. I think it was called revelations, I liked that movie
