Music for Chameleons by Truman Capote

Only read the preface so far...just haven't had time to read lately. It looks good, though! Stumbled on it while browsing through books in Barnes & Noble. :)

" I am me I am free" by David Icke.
I'm only on page 50, but it seems he likes to repeat the same things over and over again. But I think his theories are very interesting. Gotta get more of his books after I finish this one.

I have just started "A Star Called Henry" by Roddy Doyle.
Can't say much about it yet, only that I like the language and tone it's written in.
Has anybody here read it?

It is.

Let's see. What have I been reading... At least Siddhartha by Herman Hesse. Loved it, though I always needed the right mood for reading it. And it required a lot of concentrating, too, since it really made me think about some things and life itself.

Then I read Ernest Hemingway's A Farewell to Arms. Touching. And the text is written in such a beautiful way.

Now I'm reading the complete works of a Finnish poet, Edith Södergran. I've read some of her works before and liked them damn much. I haven't been disappointed so far with these poems, either.

Then I'm in the middle of a very interesting book about porn and sex in general, too. Or it's actually a photography book, there are portraits of porn stars but many related topics are also being discussed. Very interesting, indeed.

^haven't read it yet, and will only when I am in serious need for books to read, which basically means never. Still think that Twilight's vampires for kids..

Went to the library yesterday during work break and got Mister B. Gone by Clive Barker (okay, also a book suitable for children or young adults I think, but it's Clive Barker.. ;) ) and The Pesthouse, by Jim Grace. A post-apocalyptic story (one of my fav themes) that takes places in what used to be America. Curious for that one. :D
