i'm terrible i never watch movies. I just can't stay still and engrossed in something for that period of time.
I'm not sure wether it's because i have a small attention span or because i just get too bored of things easily and need to move around and find something else to do.

Nevertheless, i think the last film i watched was gone in 60 seconds about a few weeks ago.

That is because it was. Not to mention that M. Night Shamalyan tried to pull a Stephan King in the movie (i.e. apearing in the movie for a few seconds in such an odd and cheep fashion (i.e. you can see his face in glass cabnet door, done as a way to let you see him, but question whether or not he was there)).

It has been a long time since a decent horror movie has been released (save international and independant efforts, but no one gives them any credit!), and at the rate things have been going, it will be quite some time still

Now i don't know what to think. It seems like a good movie but now that Spephen King's name came to the picture, i'm not sure any more, i don't like Stephen King's endings, they are always so bad, dry and boring.

well, i said the ending was bad  but besides that i didn't think it was a torture to watch it. (and by the way, it's not a stephen king story...if it was, it would have said so in the title  )
the idea is good, but they should have done more for the ending.
i still think it was a good movie, but then again, i wasn't expecting it to be some masterpiece. i guess the lack of good new horrormovies has lowered my standards a bit  :P

I want to watch it anyways but you're right, right now all the horror movies are so boring. The best i have seen lately "The Others" The end was surprising.
