i saw that one too some time ago. the ending is indeed surprising, but i thought that the rest of the movie was bad....the story developed sooooooo slowly it made me itch

Yes, when the girl made it to the modern world in search of 'medicines', the guy goes to the main office to get to the medicine cabnet and it focuses on his hand grabbing some bottels, but you can clearly see that M.Night Shamalyan is stairing right at the window.

The people beneath the stairs, i love that film for some reason but there are some thing i really dont like.

I just watched Thirteen.
I had seen this movie in the DVD/video store...i mean,i wanted to rent it,it looked kinda interesting,but now that i watched it on the TV..pfff...total bullshit drama.
I watched half of it though,the end.It was very disturbing,very annoying,very dramatic,people looked like they were obsessed with each other,everything was very very predictable.
Hey,i remeember when i was 13...but...this movie was stupid.It was stereotyping and everything else.
The movie was about two teen girls,they were 13,and they were into drugs,all this goth thing and all that.But instead of keeping the main point,the movie kept taking my mind away because it showed how the family of this girl was veyr low leveled,and everyone would always fight.They should have focused on the personal life of these girls more cuz if they have a ruined family,what else are you gonna expect... :roll:

Her mom had broken up with her dad,they lived in a...i don't know...a bad house,her mother's friends were all into drugs,smoking...*shakes head*.
The first thing that was disturbing was the way the director had filmed it.The camera wouldn't focus,it kept shaking,it looked like I made the movie without editing it or anything.
Then at the end,one of this girls changes her life totally,i mean, she's not a b**** anymore.They are not friends anymore,because the other one betrays her,and ohhhhhh.....very confusing,very furstrating : i would never watch it again.
Anyone has seen it?

oh yeah...it's a cool movie,

but i could only watch it once...or when i'm angry.I know i like it,but i couldn't watch it more than once.

I don't understand how people are scared of that movie.
I remember there was a girl about 14 yrs old,and that movie had---caused mental problems on her.As soon as she'd see a clown,she'd start crying,screaming,and running away.I think i have watched that movie when i was 12 or something,but it didn't scare me at all.In fact,i watched it cuz i had nothing better to watch and i was bored.
So what's scary about it?
people,give a short review of the movie when you post it. :wink:
