Is it only me that thinks the new uniforms and the black ring around whips right eye, is pretty...nazi? I mean look at the hat! And it does look like he has the black patch on his eye, like the nazi officers often had! I like the cover, the style..but it kinda scares me. I mean from the green, totally communist uniforms, to this?...Confusing and scary!

can't say I recall ever seeing a nazi wearing Swarovski crystal rhinestones

and the black eye patch motif has been adopted by Gabrielle amongst others in recent times has it not?

The album cover and everything about it, just screams Deathstars and radiates all things deathglam. And that hat is pure class.
I love the fact it's Nazi-esque, with a huge twist of glitter and glam to it, uber unique. Snazzy and stylish, in my opinion, and I think it's fitting seeing as Deathstars have already done the whole Russian officers uniforms...

p.s. @Gothique_Monique: I don't condone what the Nazis did; but you have to hand it to them, the Nazis did have some sense of style. And as for bands using the Nazi-motif thing, if you take a look back through history, Nazi-chic was a huge part of shock tactics during the 70s punk era [Siouxsie Sioux and her Swastika, anyone?]. Not forgetting later on, there was also Nikki Sixx and the rest of Mötley Crüe ["Nazi Wednesdays" ring a bell? XD], Bryan Ferry, David Bowie and in recent times Prince Harry. Et cetera, et cetera.
